ABOUT
Tomas Kucera, Esq.
Native to the Czech Republic, attorney Tom Kucera moved to Florida more than 27 years ago.
Tom became a Florida licensed attorney in 2007 and he immediately gravitated to real estate law and civil litigation.
Tom handles real estate closings, including the issuance of title insurance, holding escrow, contract formation, and contract disputes.
A large portion of his practice also consists of civil and real estate litigation, appellate practice, and business acquisition transactional work.
Tomas also represents and advises multiple condominium and homeowner’s associations in regards to their governing documents, collections, and association related litigation.
In his spare time Tom is an avid practitioner of martial arts and holds a second-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
